Question one would only allow you to select one in each category, so you can't say very important for more than one option. Maybe you need to set the question as multiple choice with multiple answers??
Also maybe think about the phrasing for question 6. 'What would be the hardest...', the multiple choice options are on a scale of 'how hard' those things would be.
Just some thoughts... overall it was very clear and concise. Good job!
Hi Joanna. I have edited question 1 so you can say very important more than once. I couldnt edit question 6 as it has already been done but I see what you are saying about the phrasing. It needs to say: "How hard do you feel are the following in making a career transition from performing to managing?"

ReplyDeleteI gave it a go, hope it helps. I found it easy to list attributes of a performer that allows them to be a good arts manager, I think that maybe I am slightly bias! I am mostly teaching so maybe I ticked the wrong box at the end?
